According to recent reports, California accounts for 70 percent of the priciest real estate markets nationwide. Los Angeles is the highest priced county in the US, with 21 of its zip codes ranking in the list of the most expensive in the country. This report is based on 2021 transactions for single family homes, two family homes, condos, and co-ops. Median home prices in California have surpassed $800,000, and we have even seen an increase in median home prices here in the South Bay. 

In 2021, Rolling Hills has made PropertyShark's list as the 53rd most expensive zip code. The median home sales price is $2,118,000. This is a significant improvement from last year, where Rolling Hills ranked #75 with a median sales price of $1,625,000.
