This sprawling sanctuary boasted unparalleled amenities and impeccable design, offering a lifestyle beyond compare. From the cascading waterfall at the entrance to the meticulously landscaped grounds, every aspect of this property exuded sophistication. Representing this trophy property was a privilege, and its sale reaffirmed the value of perseverance and dedication in the world of real estate. 35 Saddleback Road sold for $9,100,000, and is the most expensive home sold in Rolling Hills so far in 2023.
